You might ask what I did during this furlough?  Well, I spent an obsessive amount of time in Forks, Washington indulging in a very passionate and forbidden love story (vicariously of course) through Bella Swan.  Yep, I kissed a Vampire and I loved it! HAHA!  No really I did read all 4 of the Twilight Saga books and now I can’t get enough.  It is not the smartest thing to give a borderline OCD person books this good.  Now, I can’t get enough.  I of course am obsessing over the movies as well.  Have you seen New Moon!  Um, did I mention my other boyfriend is a Werewolf?  HAHA!  I wish right….did I mention that I am very married and adore and love my husband to death…this is just the very obsessed tweeny in me allowing myself to indulge in the pleasure center of my brain!  Gosh that pleasure center sure has a strong effect on my mind!  If I am not careful I am going to start thinking I might be able to live forever (immortally)! LOL!! 

Then I am reminded that I will live in eternity forever because of my savior….good to have Jesus put things in perspective!

On a more serious note!  That is what I have been up to and why you haven’t received a blog post from me in a while…Who could possibly design a thing, when all she is dreaming about is Edward Cullen? HA!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and brought in the New Year with a bang!

….not that I am complaining.  It is good to have that autumn chill finally in the air…just overnight it went from one hot indian summer to a nice crisp autumn feel in the air   I love it (and my allergies love it too) It was a bit of a crazy weekend.  DH went up north to hang out with oldest son Matt for the weekend and put in place their big plan to go and spend time together in a slew shootin ducks.  This presented the first of many weekends at home for me alone with my kids and I have to say it was a nice weekend.  We watched movies and I worked.  Yep, I worked!  I had several things interrupt my week, so I had no choice but to work over the weekend. It was all good though  because I had some serious creativity going on and I can’t wait to have my newest kit hit the store in a just a few days.  In the meantime, I have a sneak peek for you and I will get to that soon….as for now….I have to tell ya, I haven’t been able to scrap (I mean really scrap) for a long time….and yesterday I took the time and finished 4 layouts with my new kit…and I can’t wait to show you the layouts too, but those will have to wait because all your getting is a sneak peek.  All I have to say is I am so pumped because now I have this kit all set up for this years pics as well.  I love when that happens.  Since I was able to scrap….it put into perspective my need to get organized, scrap and get caught up with my pages of my kids.  Ridiculous, 9 years later I still have some baby pics to scrap of my son and well Ava–ehh–we won’t even go there!  So, it is my mission to make time for scrapping once a week and take a day to scan in all the pictures I need to so I can get to scrappin!

I suppose I could write all day about the goings on in my head but I would hate to bore you to death or sound like one of those crazy internet search engine people on those search engine commercials on TV, so I will get on with it.

Remember a few posts back I said I love autumn?  OK, so the last few days I have taken that back…this has been the worst, WORST my allergies have ever been!  I finally decided to go to the doctor and they have decided I should take a round of prednisone to try to kick these allergies!  Today they are a little better so I am so glad to have some relief mostly because I am able to come in here and blog a little and tell you about my new releases at The Digi Chick today…for 20% off for the day!  Would you like to see??
